Building the Perfect Music Collection is shipped as a sealed, shrink-wrapped product. The books are packed in a custom-sized cardboard box to ensure a successful delivery.
The product is compromised once the seal is broken and the book is opened. Therefore, we do not accept returns, unless the product is damaged.
If the product is damaged, we will send you a UPS return label to return the book. Once the damage to the book is confirmed, we will promptly ship another copy of the book to you.
Please note that Five Star Bologna, LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs, and is not liable for damages caused to the items during transit.
At times we may experience a shortage of books in our inventory. If we cannot fulfill your order, Five Star Bologna, LLC will notify you of the shortage and give you the option of canceling the order. Should you decide to cancel the order under these circumstances, Five Star Bologna, LLC will promptly refund the purchase price in full.
